BRAIN SECTION

The model is made of special plastic and is natural in size. It is preserved inside a transparent box.  It has the below features:

1. Median section of the brain,
2. Left hemisphere. Cortical relief of the cerebrum and cerebellum,
   3. Cerebral ventricle (opened) and stem ganglia viewed from above,
   4. Frontal section through the brain and brain stem showing the subcortical nuclei and projection tracts.
3. Horizontal section of the left hemisphere. Right: Lateral ventricle (opened) and adjoining nuclei with choroid plexus.
